Well, I'ma be modding up a 360 for m'self soon. Here's what I'm looking at.

- Window cut
- Black+ Green painting
- DVD mounted externally
- 60-80mm fans instead of loud stock 70mm
- GPU heatsink modded, looking at putting my Coolink GFXChilla on it.
- DVD drive (external) sound dampened
- HDD window
- LEDs?
- Cathodes?

I may be modding my current one, or I may buy one with RROD and fix it up and mod it at the same time. I love my warranty too much :?

No way, I can get an RROD one for like $40 and all it takes is 4 screws, some AS5 and some elbow grease,

Well it would make it a lot less noisy (Except for the DVD drive). Unless you can swap it out IDE/SATA? Cant remember.

I can get it for $130 here. So not too expensive. But I don't want to buy anything premade really, no talismoon fans or Core Coolers or what have you. Just a lot of elbow grease and time.

I have modded my 360 it is a long and hard process and ultimately not worth it. I had extra fans and new heatsinks, yet the graphics card still blew up. I didn't get rrod, the chip literally gave up.......thanks ATi again.
