Another one I see used a lot by others is Real Temp, you maybe could try that as well for a comparison ;)

Could try that, see what the difference is.
But honostly, every program has a certain degree of variation.
We'll see ;)

The back fan is intake the top fans are out.

I know what your thinking, won't the backfan intake the hot air from the 680.
Well, yes and no. When the system is idle, the 680 doesn't blow hard, sow then, yes a portion of hot air is going into the case.
But when i'm playing, the 680 blows hard enough that the back fan isn't able to suck that hot air in.
And only takes in cool air.

If i put the fans reverse, (top=intake, back=out) the load temps would be worse.
Seeing that hot air rises, the top fans, being low pressure silent fans don't have enough power to push the cool air trough the radiator.
The air then warmed by the radiator will try and rise against the direction of airflow, back trough the top of the radiator.

If tested it out and while the idle temps are better when i reverse the fans, the load temps are worse.

Now / reverse

idle 29*C / 25*C
load 46*C / 53*C

So if i had to choose, i'l go with the current airflow.
It's better for temps when @ load or a all night gaming session ;)

+1

Taking a dremel to a radiator takes some balls, nicely done. 8-)
