 Post subject: dual cpu heatsinks + fans, help me out

Hey guys i just mounted 2 cpu heat sinks. Im moving the dvd drive into an hd dvd drive enclosure and running a sata to esata to sata connector out the back. I was woundering whats the perfect mm fan to attach to each heat sink?

yah but id rather not modify the case im talking like a 60 or 70 mm fan that straps on one side of the cpu heat sink. Problem is idk if its 50mm 60mm or 60mm. It cant jet out and prevent the case from closing but big enough to actually cool the thing.

i had no idea either lol whatever size the case fans are must be the right size for the heatsink. take one off and check

probably 4 60mm's or so as a push/pull (2 on each)

would look wicked and epic cooling ;)

yah that dose sound badass as well i was thinking of mounting them via thin wire so not to destroy or bend the heatsink. Im thinking these.

I also have the talismon whisper fans and a moded intercooler. When im done ill make a video on my youtube channel. Tell me what you think of these fans or if you recommend differently.

is 25mm to wide? there are capasitors close to the heatsinks on both sides of both heatsinks... whats good 60x10 60x15 or 60x25

I posted more pics on photobucket i think the man shown is 60mm it looks to big??

im pretty sure u dont want teh fan pushing towards the intake fans u want them towards the front. but thats size looks good to me

the fans in the rear are actually pushing out air i would instal a fan on each heatsink push pull or otherwise, pushing past the heatsink onto the fans pushing out air. Maybe ill make a diagram.

These fans are not my final choice but for a buck 50 who can complain? Regardless this will be good for mock ups and i suspect it will fit spotlessly into my intercooler...Gives me some ideas
