I also played the trial version and got to around level 20 (this was a couple of months ago). I was considering getting the full game but I asked a couple of my mates who had played wow for over 2 years and they told me not to. They said it's only worth it if your going to get to the max level and get full gear blah blah, etc. I don't think I could play an MMO for 12 months while paying the monthly fees. If you get into raiding and stuff as well, it becomes a commitment. I do like my MMO's however and I played GW (guild wars) years ago which I enjoyed. My next MMO will probs be GW2.

The raids do take over your life. My friend is always saying, "no, I can't speak to you/go round your house e.t.c. I have a Raid."

Not as bad as the Counterstrike > sex video on Youtube.

To the OP, we all support you in your decision. Careface.

Any reason your signature is an ad? And you left no username?

Im a experianced raider and WoW player and have played on it for many years and all I can say is its going down hill.

1. Blizzard are making it way to easy.
2. Blizzard are making a classic hardcore raider look like a pussy.
3. Blizzard dont help.
and
4. Blizzard dont look into problems in a logical way...(Best EU guild killed the lich king in 4 tries and then were banned because one of there rogues apparently glitched the fight not on purpose they have evidence of him using the same thing on all other bosses but they didnt care.)(I also got network problems not allowing me to connect so they tell me to do stupid obvious things 1 week to reply to each and then they go silent and wont give you **** for screwing you around.)

If you are going to play dont go hardcore, join a guild with like 2 raids a week and watch your emails, 99% of them from blizzard are hacks.

WOW is one of the best games ever made, there are millions playing it for a reason, i played it for probably about 4000 hours and never came across one bug, game is real tight smooth and runs well on most machines, and a good way to actually save money, i maybe didnt have a life for 6 months but in that time i saved a few grand in my bank account because i didnt waste it going out and getting drunk pointlessly all the time.
Jeddy i wish you were in front of me so i could blow your head off with a gun you little ****.

I'm sure it is a really good and addictive game, but most people don't get excited about orks or dragons and 'rare drops'.
